How far from the airport is your lot?
We are located less than 1/3 of a mile south of the entrance to SeaTac Airport in Seattle and about 1.5 miles from Portland International Airport.
What exit from the freeway do I take to get to your parking lot?
For Seattle, take exit 152 from I-5 and head west to International Blvd.
For Portland, take exit 24B from the north or exit 24 from the south on I-205.

How long does it take to get to the airport from your parking lot?
From our parking lot in Seattle it will take approximately 7 minutes to Sea-Tac airport;
in Portland it will take approximately 10-15 minutes to get to PDX.

Do I need a reservation?
Although a reservation is not required, it will assure you of a parking space during the peak travel times of the year (Thanksgiving through New Years; Spring break vacations, etc.). There is no charge to make a reservation and it will also guarantee your special internet parking rate.
How do I get back to your lot when I return from my trip?
Our shuttles run continuously between 4:30 AM and Midnight to and from both Sea-Tac International Airport and Portland International Airport. For Seattle, just proceed to either Island 1 or Island 3 on level three of the parking garage and look for our blue buses. At PDX, go to the curb outside of our Rental Kiosk in the parking garage.

Your sites says you offer airlines miles, how do I get them?
When you leave our parking lot, ask our cashier for an airlines mileage application card. Fill out the card and after you’ve parked with us three times we will send the card in and have your mileage account credited with the earned mileage. See the airlines mileage page for more details.
Do you accept competitor’s coupons?
We will accept competitor’s coupons BUT at our current internet rate.
Do you offer AAA or AARP discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% AAA or AARP discount off our retail rate.

No, you may only use one discount per stay.
Will you help me with my luggage?
Yes, our shuttle drivers will help you load and unload your luggage. (Our drivers will lift a maximum weight of 45 lbs per bag.)
How do you calculate parking charges?
Our parking charges are based on a 24 hour day beginning when you arrive on our parking lot. The rate is plus applicable city, county taxes and airport fees.
Do you offer the same auto services in both Seattle and Portland?
No. In Seattle we offer a full range of AAA Approved auto services, from lube oil and filter to complete engine repair. In Portland we offer a limited selection of auto services.
