Your parking deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel your reservation on-line at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time of arrival at the parking facility. The refund will be made back to the credit card you used to secure your reservation. For cancellations less than 12 hours prior to your arrival, the one day deposit will not be refunded. *To receive your refund, you must fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of your refund.
